We are pleased to announce the release of Ver. 3.11.0 today, February 5, 2025.
The update is now available on the App Store and Google Play.

 

1. Retrieval of medical expense notifications for the current year from Mynaportal is now available.

The Medical Insurance Information Retrieval API has been improved to allow obtaining medical expense notification data for the current year. This update has been applied in this version.

●Medical Expense Notification Information:
– Examination date (year/month)
– Medical Institution (Pharmacy) Name
– Out-of-Pocket Payment Amount, etc.

From September 2021 onward, the information is available for the past 3 years and 11 months.
From the 11th of each month (9th in February) onward, the information for the second-to-last month is available.

 

2. Adding and updating credit cards for deferred payments in older versions of the smartphone app are no longer supported.​

Due to system modifications following changes by our credit card payment processing company (DGFT), older versions of the app (below Ver. 3.8.0) will no longer support credit card registration or updates for deferred payments. (Other deferred payment functions remain available.)

To add or update a credit card, please update to the latest version.

 

3. Minor Fixes & Improvements

No other updates have been made.
