How to obtain medical information from Mynaportal
From the government-managed Mynaportal, you can retrieve medical information including vaccination records, maternal and child health checkups, health screenings, medications, and medical expenses. This function further improves the convenience of the NOBORI app.
You can view the data stored in Mynaportal. Also, even after the data is deleted from Mynaportal following the legal retention period, the data retrieved via the NOBORI app can be stored and accessed by users throughout their life.

1: How to obtain medical information from Mynaportal
1. Check System Requirements
To use this feature, you will need to install the Mynaportal app, have a My Number card, and a smartphone capable of scanning the card.

Note: Scanning My Number card is not available in Safari's private browsing mode or Chrome's incognito mode.
2. Open [Setting] in the app.

3. Tap [Get medical data from Mynaportal] and then select the user to retrieve information for.

4. Review the available information and tap "Go to Mynaportal".

5. Once redirected to Mynaportal, read the terms and conditions and check the box to agree.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete consent and verification.
The Mynaportal app will be used to read your My Number card. To move on, prepare your card and the 4-digit PIN (for digital certificate authentication).

7. Once identity verification is complete, tap "Collaboration".

8. Tap "Launch the NOBORI app".
Once the process is complete, you will receive a push notification and a message viewable in Message > Notice, and get the access to the medical information from Mynaportal.

Medication Information
- Information on medications prescribed at medical institutions and pharmacies covered by insurance
Information from September 2021 onwards can be retrieved for up to the past three years of the consultation date.
The information for the previous month is updated on the 11th of each month.
Information on prescriptions, dispensing, refill prescriptions, and additional items related to medication records registered by medical institutions and pharmacies using the electronic prescription management service.
Information is available up to a maximum of 100 days prior to the moment of prescription/dispensing

From September 2021 onward, the information from the past 3 years and 11 months is available.
From the 11th of each month (9th in February) onward, the information for the second-to-last month is available.

3: How to delete medical information retrieved from Mynaportal
1. In the Setting menu, tap "Mynaportal settings".

2. Tap the "Delete Data" button next to the user's name.

3. Tap "Delete" to complete.

4: Import/export
You can import or export medical data files from Mynaportal or other PHR services.
To import:
1. Tap "Setting" > "Mynaportal settings" > "Import"

2. Choose the user to import data for.

3. Select the information to import and tap "Import".
4. Specify the medical data file to complete the import.

To export:
1. Tap "Setting" > "Mynaportal settings" > "Export"

2. Choose the user to export data for.

3. Select the information to export and tap "Export".
4. To complete, make sure if the file has been exported.

5: Important notes (availability time)
Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Weekends & Holidays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Note: Mynaportal is unavailable on the third Saturday of each month and during year-end and New Year holidays (from December 29 to January 3). Certain regions and medical institutions may not provide data availability even during the mentioned hours.
Applying data retrieved from Mynaportal may take a few months after receiving vaccinations or health screenings. As such, recent medical information may not be immediately available.
The information from Mynaportal may be inaccessible outside of operating hours or during maintenance of the systems at local public organizations or national government agencies that hold the information. In such cases, please try again the next day by selecting "Retrieve medical information from Mynaportal" in the NOBORI app.
