1: Install the app and add a user

Install

Search for “NOBORI” or “Nobori” in the store app on your device and install the NOBORI app. You can also install it from the URL below.

User registration

1-2. Launch the app and tap "Setup".

1-3. Please confirm the terms of use and proceed to the next step.

1-4. Tap "Sign in with Google" on the login method selection screen.

1-5. Tap "Continue".

1-6. Select the account to log in to.

1-7. Tap Allow.

1-8. Enter your user information and complete registration.

2: Add a medical institution

Register your medical institution on the screen below.
Select "Medical institution" and "User" and register.
* You can skip adding medical institution.
* If you manage a user other than yourself, select [Manage family members].

　　　　

* If there is only one user, this user selection screen will be skipped.

This is the last step to do in the app.
Next, you need to complete the identity verification at the medical institution.

3: Verify identity at the medical institution

Visit the medical institution added into the app in person to complete the identity verification.
At the reception, show the following window.

After completing the identity verification, wait for a while until the medical institution appears in the app.
* The location and process of the identity verification differs for each medical institution. Contact the medical institution for the details.
* Each medical institution must complete the identity verification only once.
